A creamy dish made with whole Black lentil and Red kidney beans in butter and cream.
A mix of Red lentils, Yellow lentils, Split Black gram, Split Bengal gram, cooked in Ghee and whole spices, tempered with cumin and green chilies.
Yellow split pigeon peas (Toor Dal) cooked with Turmeric and Asafoetida; tempered with a mix of cumin n mustard seeds, chopped garlic and dry red chilies……makes it a very comforting meal.
